Yoga is a form of active meditation. In order to the Asanas of Yoga, one needs to focus and center the mind body and spirit. In yoga, it is essential to clear your mind while moving in order to create a balance and harmony between your mind, body and spirit. This movement meditation will help you clear your mind and see things more clearly.

TEAM IMPROV with Ana Valdes-Lim

This course uses a unique brew of improvisation exercises and theater games to create the environment and culture for team innovation. Participants are led through a variety of games to improve their rapport, communication, response time, and team spirit.

“BJ’s CAPs” a high energy and fun method for creating team work. Authored by Ana Valdes-Lim in her book “Theater for Wellness”

This method uses theater comedy exercises. Learn how to create a group-mind, and respond spontaneously as one team while still maintaining one’s individual uniqueness.

Get into a state of non-verbal connectedness.

Drumming and tribe exercises to improve wellness, creativity, and have feelings of joy. It accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feelings of well-being, a release of emotional trauma, and reintegration of self.

Drum circles enable participants to reach a no-mind state and feeling of flow. The tribe exercises enable a feeling of oneness and community.
