Chef Xavier Btesh share his knowledge and expertise on a flavortful hands-on experience at Moroccan Cooking Class. The students enjoyed how to cook authentic, simple and easy Moroccan cuisine. One of the essence of Moroccan food is a communal style of eating with many dishes shared by the family. The students and Chef Xavier cooked assorted salads, couscous and tajines such as lamb and prunes and chicken and lemon. Indeed, Moroccan food is incredibly diverse!
